Insight is a subscription service. We believe in transparent, upfront pricing with no hidden costs.
Subscriptions normally run for 12 months following the end of your free trial period, and are renewed on the anniversary of that date.
Multi-Academy Trusts with multiple schools using Insight are eligible for a discount.
Insight offers a 60-day, no obligation, free trial.
This includes a fully featured system, with our standard dedicated support. We'll help you import your pre-trial assessment data at no charge and customise your trial to meet your needs.
Tied in elsewhere? Try Insight for free until your existing contract ends (up to 12 months).

This price includes all of your:
- MIS syncing via Wonde
- Statutory assessments, plus point-in-time or step-wise assessments for teacher judgements
- Standardised scores, raw scores, reading ages and other test data
- Curriculum objective tracking
- Attendance analysis
- Parent reports
- Provision Mapping and Learning Plans
- Training and support
- Help with transferring pre-trial assessments into Insight from other systems

No sign up, set up or other hidden fees.
Onboarding made easy
We'll do as much of the legwork as possible when getting Insight set up for you. Your pupil information and statutory assessment data can be imported from your MIS, and we can input any pre-trial summative assessment data you provide. You can be up and running within a few days of sending us your data, all at no extra charge.
Payment made easy
We accept payment by cheque or bank transfer.
Renewal quotes are provided 90 days before your subscription ends. The cost is based on the number of pupils on roll in Insight on that date.
